Case Study

Nicole was appointed to review the RSNO’s fundraising activity and identify opportunities to grow income. She assessed the team’s skills and expertise, fundraising systems, and the Case for Support and proposition. The outcome included recommendations on refreshing the fundraising message and offer, improving prospecting and cultivation processes, and implementing more efficient systems to maximise face-to-face fundraising. Nicole continues to support the RSNO with team training and one-to-one mentoring.

“I highly recommend Nicole Newman to any organisation looking to take their development strategy and fundraising practices to new levels. Nicole has been instrumental in helping the Royal Scottish National Orchestra refine our case for support, strengthen our fundraising team and significantly boost our income. She has supported us through an organisational audit, strategy development, team training and mentorship. Her expertise is not only broad, but she also has a deep understanding of the unique needs of our Orchestra. Her insights, approaches, and thoughtful recommendations have been, and continue to be, invaluable both to me personally and to the RSNO.”
